Last night, I watched the Ben Stein movie "Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed." The thrust of the movie was that a number of scientists have argued that Intelligent Design has a place at the table with respect to the debate over the origin of life on earth. Some of those scientists have lost their jobs simply for making the case that Intelligent Design could explain some of the things that Darwinism does not explain, and cannot explain.
The movie does not argue religion or the existence of God, per se.
I would highly recommend this movie, if you haven't seen it. It's a real eye opener, and presented from a logical and scientific point of view.
